		<description>Oh my, I had the great pleasure of trying some Kensington Market Organic Ice Cream last week and it was unbelievably delicious! I tried Mo&#039;Fig (molasses and fig) and Rose Petal...coming from someone who doesn&#039;t really groove on ice cream, Brad&#039;s stuff is so good, I would love to be able to pick it up closer to home! I know he distributes to some GTA retailers, but I bet it would be worth it to ask. Nom nom nom!</description>

I would like to try to make palak paneer...indian spinach and cheese. I wondered if you have paneer cheese or could suggest a substitution? I understand it is a vegetarian cheese as it does not involve the use of rennet in the making of it.</description>
